Shoko is a tax manager with AGL. Her clients appreciate the well-rounded technical tax knowledge and experience she brings to the table, having spent more than 15 years in public accounting and 12 in industry as a controller and manager at a variety of Japanese companies.
Shoko spent many of her younger years in Texas, earning her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso and her master’s in business administration from the University of Houston.
Outside of work, Shoko loves to spend her free time working out, walking her black lab, Apollo, playing golf with her son, Devin, and spending time with her daughter, Miya. She also loves to travel, especially overseas.
